The OEA method is a tried and tested student focused system. Our schools are equipped with the format and structures that promote real progress through the levels, whilst allowing the freedom to develop and expand their courses accordingly.
Intra-network communication is strongly encouraged between both staff and students within the OEA framework, especially in the early stages. We have found that the sharing of ideas and experiences is helpful not only in the short term, but strengthens relationships in the future.
